VANESSA MARSHALL
Nurse Practitioner, Owner
Vanessa Marshall is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from MGH-Institute of health professions in Charlestown, MA. Cumulatively, she has 15 years of nursing experience, 9 years of advanced practice nursing experience, and has worked in Aesthetic medicine for 9+ years, in which 5 of those years she trained under a double board certified facial plastic surgeon where she performed advanced injectable and aesthetic treatments and minor surgical procedures.
Vanessa has taken her career to the next level by pursuing advanced training and obtaining certifications in a vast majority of aesthetic treatments which gives her the ability to provide effective yet natural outcomes while utilizing minimally invasive treatment options. Vanessa is committed to her patients by always being aware of the most cutting edge aesthetic treatments, and always ensuring harmonious, individualized treatments that will yield natural, undetectable results.
Vanessa’s areas of expertise include neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers including but not limited to facial balancing, liquid rhinoplasty, tear trough, temples, lips, chin, jawline, and midface. Other areas of expertise include bio-regenerative treatments for face and body including Sculptra®, Radiesse®, PRP for face and hair restoration, PDO threads for face and body, Kybella®, lasers (fractional and non-fractional) and microneedling with radio-frequency. Vanessa is also a big proponent of medical grade skin care and describes this as “homework” that will be the “cherry on top” to further improve your aesthetic journey! Each patient can be certain their comprehensive treatment plans will result in a natural, rejuvenated outcome that will promote positive self confidence & help them look and feel their very best!
Vanessa is well respected by her patients and peers for her one-on-one connections with each person she encounters. She is personable, honest and creates individualized, comprehensive plans of care to achieve the finest outcomes that help promote positive self confidence. “My goal is to make you feel as great on the outside as you are on the inside. I know that sounds cliché to say, but there is something to be said about the “look good, feel good” mindset.”
In her personal life Vanessa is married and has 2 sons. She enjoys reading, being active and shopping, though, most of her time is spent getting dirty with the boys at the motocross track, bandaging scraped knees more often than not, as “boy moms” tend to do. She also spends her time tending to the animals on her farm and with family and friends just enjoying being present in the moment together.
SARAH WASCAVAGE
DNP, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner
Sarah Wascavage is a highly trained and dedicated aesthetic nurse practitioner with a passion for helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered in their own skin. With over 5 years of experience in the aesthetics and wellness industry, Sarah's specialties include neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, biostimulatory fillers, PRP/EZ Gel, and Sofwave skin tightening treatments.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Sarah primarily worked in critical care and was a proud ICU nurse. She went on to receive her Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a board certification in family nurse practitioner. She received advanced training in injectables from Aesthetic Mentor. Sarah started out with a humble practice of her own that transitioned her to working in a renowned Plastic Surgery Practice. This is where she learned advanced injectable skills, techniques and procedures. She is committed to staying current with the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and hands-on training.
What sets Sarah apart is a thoughtful, personalized approach. Every treatment plan is tailored to each client’s unique goals, lifestyle, and natural features, creating results that are subtle, balanced, and beautifully natural.
Outside of the treatment room, Sarah enjoys her husband Brian, their bulldog Ralphie, Pilates/Fitness, Espresso Martinis, Multi-Step Skincare routines, and Self-Care which helps her bring creativity, focus, and care into every client interaction.
JESSICA DRAPER
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN & OFFICE MANAGER
Jessica Draper is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and the Office Manager at Thrive Aesthetics & Wellness. She attended Spa Tech Institute in 2019 and has been a practicing aesthetician since 2020. With more than a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry - including roles in sales, administration, and management - Jessica brings a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of both clinical care and practice operations to her role.
Her strong administrative background enhances her work as an aesthetician, allowing her to approach each patient’s experience with clarity, organization, and a thorough understanding of the full patient journey. This blend of skills supports her ability to create efficient, thoughtful, and results-driven treatment plans.
Jessica spent six years working in a Facial Plastic Surgery practice, where she received extensive training in non-invasive aesthetic treatments. She is proficient in lasers, microneedling, facials, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, and body contouring. At Thrive, she offers a wide range of services including facials and chemical peels, IPL and laser therapy, Laser Hair Removal, Sofwave, and body-contouring treatments. Her experience in a surgical setting enables her to strategically combine aesthetic modalities to optimize outcomes for each patient.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Jessica is passionate about skincare and enjoys helping patients find products that genuinely excite them. She values the educational component of patient care, ensuring individuals feel confident in understanding and maintaining their skin health.
Jessica is well respected for her honesty, professionalism, and patient-centered approach. She prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships and always works with her patients’ best interests in mind.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing by the lake in New Hampshire or on the beaches of Aruba. She also loves being at home with her dog, focusing on her own self-care and downtime.

Client Experience Coordinator
Elizabeth is a valued member of the Thrive Aesthetics and Wellness team, serving as our Client Experience Coordinator. With her warm personality and strong organizational skills, she helps ensure every client feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Outside of Thrive, Elizabeth serves her community as a full-time correctional officer and enjoys spending time with her dog, Ziti. We’re thrilled to have her as part of the Thrive family!
